Microsoft has sweetened the deal for folks looking to purchase an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription by bundling four months of Spotify Premium at no additional charge.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate + Free Spotify
Beginning Tuesday, May 4, 2021, an eligible customer who signs up for an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will be automatically treated to four months of Spotify Premium. There’s just one caveat, though—Microsoft’s offer is limited to new Spotify Premium subscribers. Spotify Premium includes offline listening, improved audio quality, and no ads.
Microsoft itself broke the news in an announcement post on Xbox News.
Play all your favorites with access to millions of tracks and podcasts titles. Ultimate members can enjoy ad-free music listening, music and podcast offline downloads, and on-demand listening with Spotify Premium for four months. Available for new Spotify Premium members only.
For details, access the offer in the Perks gallery on your Xbox console, mobile device, or PC.
You’re wholeheartedly recommended to check the full terms as they may vary between different countries and regions. Microsoft did not say when this offer may be expiring.
The post also provides the full list of titles that will be coming to Xbox Game Pass this month, like Red Dead Online, FIFA 21, and other titles.
What Does Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Offer?
For those wondering, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a video game subscription service from Microsoft that combines both Xbox Game Pass for PC, Xbox Live Gold, and more into a single subscription package. One of the perks of being a subscriber to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is unlimited access to Xbox Cloud Gaming at no additional cost.
Further subscription details can be found on the official Xbox website.
Your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can be used with the new Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One consoles, in addition to Windows 10 and Android devices through xCloud. The rotating catalog of more than a hundred titles available with the subscription includes games from other publishers and third-party premium services such as EA Play.
A console-only edition of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate ($ 9.99/month) comes with fewer features. For instance, it doesn’t include Gold, EA Play, xCloud Gaming, or the PC version.
